About Lantern
Lantern was created out of a desire to share knowledge and understanding and a passion for supporting and enabling the development of others.
I offer a friendly and approachable style of consultation and developmental service delivery to ensure that the learning journey is an enjoyable but meaningful experience. My ability to communicate and relate to people helps to generate genuine interest and self-reflection, both of which are key to better understanding ourselves if we are to understand and work effectively and efficiently with others.
I believe that training and development activities should be contextualised, fun and easy to understand and those flavours are blended with a professional approach to deliver exceptional standards of long lasting and impactive service delivery.

My primary passion and driver is to help! I have learned a lot over the years about who I am and how I impact others and I use my experience to facilitate and enable growth for both individuals and organisations by focussing on people.
I have worked in Learning and Development for over 25 years in public and private sector organisations across the country and use the knowledge, understanding and skillset I have acquired to provide a unique, engaging and productive service to my clients.
I am a qualified trainer, assessor, management consultant and coach and I am an approved Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
In addition to management of L&D departments and design & delivery of training products, I have also provided a wide range of coaching, mentoring and support services to organisations and individuals.
I firmly believe that an honest, friendly and open approach enables effective communication which is essential for the generation of trusting relationships and excellent service delivery.
