Case Study 1: Learning and Development Services

Kisimul Ltd - Social Care Children and Adults sector:

I have worked with Kisimul for a number of years designing and delivering a range of bespoke developmental services including their Management & Leadership Development modules, Coaching and Mentoring courses and Personal Resilience & Stress Management workshops.


I have also facilitated team days, working groups, train the trainer courses and delivered a range of 1to1 support services to key personel within the organisation across the UK.

Case Study 2: Management Development Programme

West Nottinghamshire College - Further Education sector:

I have worked with a number of Further and Higher Education organisations and was engaged by West Nottinghamshire College in Mansfield to help them design and deliver their four-day bespoke Management and Leadership Development package.

Case Study 3: Personal Resilience, Stress Management and People Skills online events

Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce - Business Support and Development:

Working in partnership with the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, I formed part of the Resilience and Wellbeing hub which offered support and consultancy services to all types of organisation across Lincolnshire.


I was also commissioned to deliver a series of 2-hour online workshops focussed on specific topics and areas of need for their membership base. These included Managing Difficult Conversations, Developing Personal & Professional Resilience and Identifying and Understanding Stress.

The sessions were delivered remotely using Zoom and well received by all those who attended.
