Here's a new little Infogram I have developed for a client as part of thier customer service and influencing skills workshop! Feel free to use and abuse if of any benefit to you! 🙂


The 5 step process requires you to:


1) Identify your target audience because if you don't, how can you...

2) Understand their world, what is important to them and what their needs are

3) Engage in 2-way Effective Commuincation with them in order to...

4) Make connections and build trust based relationships with honesty, authenticity and empathy, so that you can...

5) Show them a way to a genuine win-win outcome for all involved!


There you go, simple but effective.
