Sometimes it’s the background that counts! 👀

During an online meeting the other day someone asked me “is that a Lego Millennium Falcon behind you?” to which I replied, “it depends on whether you think that’s cool or not!!” 😆

The truth is that it doesn’t really matter what people think, I always leave my background on display as it’s helps them get a better idea of who I am. 🧩

Some may approve and some may not and that’s as it should be. We are all different but gone are the days of needing validation or approval from others! I share who I am happily and readily because it helps to make the right connections - after all, how will you ever find the right fit if you’re not transmitting your truth? 🤝

It also serves to spark conversation during online training sessions which is massively important if you want them to be engaging and impactive! ✅
